You can return the item(s) purchased via our online store for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your original order provided it meets the following conditions:

- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase
- The item has not been used or damaged
- The item is not a sale item
- It is not a digital item

You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return. The postage cost when returning item(s) will be determined by weight and address and calculated by Australia post. This amount will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Please ensure when returning any item that it is packed securely with tracking. In the unlikely event the item(s) that have been returned to us do not meet the above conditions, the item(s) will be returned to you. 

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

1. Email hello@quitecute.com.au with your order number, name and reason for exchange request.
2. We will respond to you with the return address so you can post the item(s) back to us. 
3. Once we receive your item(s) and checked they meet the conditions listed above, we’ll process your refund (excluding our shipping costs for Australian customers).
