How much does shipping cost?
We offer $10 flat rate domestic shipping within Australia. Express shipping is $15.
For our international friends, there is a flat rate standard shipping cost of $24 AUD or if you'd like it in your hands faster, express shipping is $30 AUD.
Each parcel is carefully wrapped and sent with love.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from the Gold Coast, QLD, 4217. They reach most parts of Australia within 3-5 working days
Our returns policy
You can return the item(s) purchased via our online store for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your original order provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase
- The item has not been used or damaged
- The item is not a sale item
You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return.
Please ensure when returning any item that it is packed securely with tracking. In the unlikely event the item(s) that have been returned to us do not meet the above conditions, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

- Email hello@quitecute.com.au with your order number, name and reason for exchange request.
- We will respond to you with the return address so you can post the item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive your item(s) and checked they meet the conditions listed above, we’ll process your refund (excluding our shipping costs)
